Hi, my name is Dillon.

My dream is to captain a real tug. With the help
of lots of nice people, I want to be the captain of
a little tug named Heart Strings.

This picture above is my happy dance in front of my
real tug, the first day I saw it. I even have my 17th Century captain's hat on, so I am ready to go tug'ing.

If you have seen me in operation, you may have noticed something different. I have autism.

I often do odd things, and how I think is even confusing to me sometimes. My burdens often keep me awake at night, but I am still happy. Many people are helping me, but I think I will get fixed when Jesus returns and heals me.

My whole family are Christians. Even our dog is named Christian.

You don’t have to worry either. Jesus died on the Cross to fix all of us who admit that we are different and need him. He might be tugging on your heart strings.

Are you willing to accept him as your Captain?

This is from the Captain:

“Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.“ -- (I like that, because Jesus liked boats too).

Hearing the Heart
Jesus said, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day”.

Common Heart Ache
“There is no one righteous, not even one”.
“Righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned”.

Strings of Truth
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Responding to the Tune
“Repent and be baptized , every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

Staying on Course
To those who claim to be Christian, Jesus reminds, “If you hold to my teachings, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free”.

I want to be set free!
